Rail-Fence

My sister and her grandchild worked together on this quilt; they stenciled Chinese characters and words over the blocks. I wanted to quilt earth, fire, wind and water on this quilt but it took me a long time how to figure out how to do 'earth'. I finally chose to do contour lines as if a topographical map in one corner.

Can you tell which is Wind? Fire? Water? Earth?
(Forgive the lint but my photoshop skills are not up to getting rid of them.)

Daisy 4-Patch

The fabrics are wonderfully soft and smooth to the touch in this quilt.
A simple daisy and loops meander with white thread was perfect.

Camo quilt

Quilters deliver. My customer had a request for a camouflage quilt; she was successful.
Loops and leaves all over meander.
Camo back:
I'd sure like to see how she binds it.

zig zag

Wild colors! Fun quilt. A charity quilt I designed and taught to our women's church group. I had women that never sewed making blocks and I hope enjoying it.
I quilted it using up various bobbins. 15 bobbins are now clear to use again. Very simple squiggly lines following the zig and zag of the front.
I'll do this again.
