Two Gray Hills Quilt

It looks great in person too. Custom Quilt job with 4 colors of Isacord thread.

4 Bears.
4 Lizards.
2 Eagles. There are also several sun motifs; 1 full sun, quarter suns in each small black area and half suns in the border and top burgundy shape.

Magnificent! I really could not picture this when you first were trying to decide how to quilt it. But you did a great job!

Looks just like a navajo rug. Love the bear motifs.

Wonderful job Laurie- I love the detailed motifs you have added to the geometric design. I teach in a school where we offer Cree as a second language. Over 90 percent of my students are First Nations or Metis - We try to include culture teachings as an integral programming for our students.
Thanks for visiting my blog and for leaving the nice comment about the bargello heart. Heidi has at least three bargello patterns - the largest was Melinda's Heart that I made for my friend. Yes, she is a special lady whom I have known for about 15 years-
Regards,
Anna
